About the role
- Supporting the Business Operations team
- Day to day running of the Security Clearance administration
- Processing DBS Applications and renewals
- Managing Security Clearance applications for new joiners and renewals
- Supporting the Facilities Manager in running the day-to-day Facilities
- Managing driver queries and providing necessary information
- Responsibility for all record keeping related to fleet management
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise
- Methodical coordination skills and logical thinking with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines
- Exceptional organisational skills: ability to multi-task and organise others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working within a high-paced environment
- Excellent use of Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (and Co-Pilot)
- Discretion and confidentiality guaranteed
- Capability to filter information and assess priorities
