Business Operations Coordinator

Executive Assistant

• Provide proactive and efficient PA support to the Consumer Chief of Staff.
• Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings and events (internal/external, including board meetings, appraisals, reviews, interviews, and team sessions).
• Coordinate and book complex travel and accommodation.
• Submit timecards and expenses promptly.
• Provide holiday cover for other Senior Personal Assistants.
• Maintain databases and filing systems, including OneView Contacts Management System.
• Ensure stakeholders are aware of and action important tasks and deadlines.
• Uphold best practice in executive support, driving continuous improvement across the team.
• Work with the Chief of Staff on the creation of board and leadership team meeting agendas, sending requests for agenda items and reminders for pre-reads.
• Support Senior Cluster Support Manager (SCSM) on key meeting logistics; act as delegate for SCSM at meetings when required.
• Send reminders and set drumbeat for actions from key meetings.
• Organise Cluster Review Days and Nights, including agenda logistics, presenter coordination, and on-the-day support.
• Own the cluster communications and events calendar, ensuring timely cascade of key messages.
• Manage the cluster performance pack process, working with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and distribution.
• Support marketing events, acting as a bridge between the marketing team and Consumer Executive Support Team for travel and accommodation logistics.
• Oversee governance processes for key activities in the cluster.
• Manage monthly Business Partner catch-ups, including tracking responses and prompting for agendas.
• Prepare monthly cascade updates, consolidating content from various contributors.
• Provide PA holiday cover as required.

Senior Personal Assistant, Consumer Cluster Support

Learning and Development

• Design and implement performance management, succession planning and talent review processes to support a high-performance culture.
• Develop career progression pathways and skills frameworks aligned to Newton’s values and growth strategy.
• Lead the integration and use of talent systems and data to inform strategic people decisions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to calibrate performance driving consistency across the business and identify high-potential talent for development and succession.
• Benchmark and introduce innovative talent management practices to keep Newton’s people development cutting-edge.
• Collaborate with the Learning team, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners and Scheduling to ensure an integrated people strategy across the employee lifecycle.
• Support international expansion by adapting and scaling talent processes for new regions or acquisitions.

Talent Lead – Learning and Development

Program Manager

• Plan and manage the delivery of learning programmes across Newton, aligned to strategic priorities.
• Coordinate programme design, scheduling, communications and logistics for each initiative.
• Leverage learning technologies (e.g. the Learning Management System, e-learning tools, AI platforms) to deliver training at scale and maximise efficiency.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics and report on outcomes.
• Proactively manage the Learning Programme budget.
• Support global rollout of learning initiatives, ensuring consistency and cultural fit across regions.

Learning Programme Manager

Support Engineer

• Key responsibilities:
• - Able to mentor more junior team members on the products that the Software Engineering Team have created from both a user and technical perspective
• - Working with the Client Support Team Lead to continuously improve the Incident and Service Request Management Process for the Client Support Team
• - Act as the first point of escalation for more complex/technical issues and mentor more junior team members in their resolution
• - Working with the Client Support Team Lead to agree on, and monitoring of SLAs between Newton and the client
• - Building relationships with the Software Engineering Team
• - Building relationships with the clients paying for the Support Service
• - Ensuring that required levels of training, handover, and both support and technical documentation have been provided to or created by the Client Support Team
• - Being seen as a client advocate and challenging the Software Engineering Team in their design and development decisions to ensure the product is the best it can be
• - Driving continual improvement within the practices of the Client Support Team
• - Lead by example in owning your own personal development

Client Support Analyst

• Support multiple Partners and Directors who are out in the field delivering projects and leading project teams
• Join the Cluster Support Team of Senior Personal Assistants providing tactical and efficient support
• Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave for twelve months, based at Head Office in Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire
• Work two days in the office and three days from home
• Work closely with the wider Executive Support function to provide effective support to multiple stakeholders
• Manage and maintain multiple diaries
• Schedule internal and external meetings/events of varying sizes (appraisals, client reviews, project reviews, board meetings, interviews, team meetings, third-party advisers)
• Coordinate and book complex travel and accommodation requirements
• Provide ad-hoc project team support on working location, events, and consolidation of travel
• Provide holiday cover for other Senior Personal Assistants
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
• Submit timecard and expenses in a timely manner
• Ensure Stakeholders are aware of important tasks and deadlines and need to action them
