Support Engineer

• Key responsibilities:
• - Able to mentor more junior team members on the products that the Software Engineering Team have created from both a user and technical perspective
• - Working with the Client Support Team Lead to continuously improve the Incident and Service Request Management Process for the Client Support Team
• - Act as the first point of escalation for more complex/technical issues and mentor more junior team members in their resolution
• - Working with the Client Support Team Lead to agree on, and monitoring of SLAs between Newton and the client
• - Building relationships with the Software Engineering Team
• - Building relationships with the clients paying for the Support Service
• - Ensuring that required levels of training, handover, and both support and technical documentation have been provided to or created by the Client Support Team
• - Being seen as a client advocate and challenging the Software Engineering Team in their design and development decisions to ensure the product is the best it can be
• - Driving continual improvement within the practices of the Client Support Team
• - Lead by example in owning your own personal development

Client Support Analyst

Executive Assistant

• Support multiple Partners and Directors who are out in the field delivering projects and leading project teams
• Join the Cluster Support Team of Senior Personal Assistants providing tactical and efficient support
• Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave for twelve months, based at Head Office in Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire
• Work two days in the office and three days from home
• Work closely with the wider Executive Support function to provide effective support to multiple stakeholders
• Manage and maintain multiple diaries
• Schedule internal and external meetings/events of varying sizes (appraisals, client reviews, project reviews, board meetings, interviews, team meetings, third-party advisers)
• Coordinate and book complex travel and accommodation requirements
• Provide ad-hoc project team support on working location, events, and consolidation of travel
• Provide holiday cover for other Senior Personal Assistants
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
• Submit timecard and expenses in a timely manner
• Ensure Stakeholders are aware of important tasks and deadlines and need to action them
• Manage databases and filing system, including OneView Contacts Management System
• Drive and share best practice in supporting senior people across the business
