About the role

  • Design and implement performance management, succession planning and talent review processes to support a high-performance culture.
  • Develop career progression pathways and skills frameworks aligned to Newton’s values and growth strategy.
  • Lead the integration and use of talent systems and data to inform strategic people decisions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to calibrate performance driving consistency across the business and identify high-potential talent for development and succession.
  • Benchmark and introduce innovative talent management practices to keep Newton’s people development cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate with the Learning team, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners and Scheduling to ensure an integrated people strategy across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support international expansion by adapting and scaling talent processes for new regions or acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent management, organisational development or a related field, including designing performance and development processes.
  • Strong understanding of career frameworks and competency modelling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with talent management systems and HR technology platforms.
  • Experience in a professional services or high-performance environment.
  • Exposure to international talent strategy or scaling talent processes globally (desirable).
  • Experience within a professional services environment (desirable).
