About the role
- Support the second-level team in expanding and maintaining the infrastructure and resolving complex issues
- Manage the network, firewalls, and virtualization cluster
- Ensure and maintain IT policies and IT documentation
- Contribute to the ISO 27001 certification process
Requirements
- Completed degree in a technical field, technician training, or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration
- Confident working with Microsoft Active Directory, Hyper-V, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with server operating systems Windows and Linux
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell)
- Strong security awareness, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented approach
- Very good German skills (C1 level) and good written and spoken English
