About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively identify and pursue high-potential advertisers across local, regional, and mid-market businesses, as well as independent and digital agencies
- Execute strategic outbound efforts (cold outreach, networking, in-market presence) to build a high-quality pipeline
- Educate clients on OUTFRONT’s value, positioning OOH as a modern, measurable, and scalable channel
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and renewal
- Serve as the primary relationship owner, building trust and long-term partnerships
- Present customized, insight-driven proposals that integrate creative, data, and location strategy
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
- Partner with internal teams (Creative, Charting, Operations, Sales Support) to bring campaigns to life
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10+ years of sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or related industries
- Proven success exceeding quotas with a strong new business / hunter mentality
- Deep experience building and managing client relationships
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close
- Ability to translate client needs into compelling, results-driven advertising solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline and pipeline management
- Experience with OOH, transit, digital, or programmatic media is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
