- Developing new business opportunities across print and digital advertising
- Building and managing a portfolio of high-quality, premium advertisers
- Selling advertising, sponsorship and branded partnerships
- Taking a consultative approach, understanding client objectives and recommending tailored solutions
- Positioning Essex Life as a trusted platform for luxury and lifestyle brands
- Managing your sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Building long-term relationships with business owners, marketing managers and senior decision-makers across Essex
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within media, advertising or a related commercial environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence selling premium or value-led propositions
- A consultative mindset, focused on solutions rather than selling space
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working to targets
- A good understanding of the Essex business landscape is highly beneficial
- A professional and credible approach when engaging with senior stakeholders
