Support in the digitalization project for our ERP/merchandise management systems and in the implementation of digital service devices for the field service.
Support for the purchasing department with a focus on item management (maintenance and updating of product descriptions and master data).
Participation in technical product marketing: product and service development; creation of sales-support materials, training documents, and content for SharePoint and websites.
Support in quality management according to ISO 9001, in particular with internal process audits and the further development of procedures.
Planning and organization of meetings, events and business trips, e.g., booking flights, hotels and rental cars.
Assistance in creating various reports and statistics.
Creation of internal surveys using Microsoft Forms.
Hands-on mentality: you pitch in wherever needed and are happy to take on organizational or support tasks.

Requirements

Completed commercial/vocational business education (e.g., apprenticeship, HAK commercial school, Matura or equivalent).
Experience in back office required.
Experience in purchasing, product management, or quality management is an advantage.
Interest in digital and technical topics.
Good IT skills (MS Office, Windows; ERP systems desirable).
Structured, communicative and team-oriented working style.
Willingness to travel within Austria and Germany.
Driver's license class B.
