About the role
- Lead NewSchools’ finance function
- Develop and implement a vision for a strong finance team
- Own the execution of the annual budget process
- Work closely with Investment Team Partners
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles in a finance function within a nonprofit setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Proficiency in Intacct, Bill.com, and Salesforce preferred, but not required
- CPA preferred, but not required
