About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the market launch and IP roadmap of innovative AI-powered solutions collaborating with sales, marketing, consulting and development.
Work closely with the Agentic AI COE Leader.
Understand competitive market intelligence and conduct research to inform AI roadmap and features.
Define product requirements and roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams for customer impact.
Support COE Leader in assessing AI innovation opportunities across industries.
Identify use cases where agentic AI can enhance and/or orchestrate enterprise workflows.
Develop ROI models and frameworks for realizing value of AI offerings and solutions.
Collaborate with sales, design, engineering, data science, and ServiceNow teams to deliver AI capabilities.
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch with an emphasis on usability and performance.
Stay informed on emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, and enterprise automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI, machine learning, or enterprise software.
7+ years of experience in a consulting or a product company.
Experience integrating AI solutions into platforms like ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, autonomous agents, and NLP.
Experience with AI cloud services from AWS, Google GCP, Azure, etc.
Experience in launching enterprise AI solutions with exposure to AI governance, ethics, responsibility, etc.
Experience working in services or consulting environments preferred specifically with AI
