About the role
- Drive the market launch and IP roadmap of innovative AI-powered solutions collaborating with sales, marketing, consulting and development.
- Work closely with the Agentic AI COE Leader.
- Understand competitive market intelligence and conduct research to inform AI roadmap and features.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams for customer impact.
- Support COE Leader in assessing AI innovation opportunities across industries.
- Identify use cases where agentic AI can enhance and/or orchestrate enterprise workflows.
- Develop ROI models and frameworks for realizing value of AI offerings and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, design, engineering, data science, and ServiceNow teams to deliver AI capabilities.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch with an emphasis on usability and performance.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, and enterprise automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI, machine learning, or enterprise software.
- 7+ years of experience in a consulting or a product company.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into platforms like ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, autonomous agents, and NLP.
- Experience with AI cloud services from AWS, Google GCP, Azure, etc.
- Experience in launching enterprise AI solutions with exposure to AI governance, ethics, responsibility, etc.
- Experience working in services or consulting environments preferred specifically with AI
