About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help us build, optimize, and scale our email campaigns. This is a part-time remote role with the potential to grow into full-time as we expand.
Responsibilities:
Create and launch engaging email campaigns and newsletters
Build and optimize templates, subject lines, and CTAs
Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and suggest improvements
Collaborate with content creators and analysts to drive results
Segment lists and personalize campaigns for higher engagement
Requirements
5+ years of email marketing experience (advanced email tools like Pardot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Strong understanding of list segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices
Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting performance metrics
Bonus if you’ve worked in finance, investing, or publishing industries
