About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support compensation planning activities, including annual salary reviews, incentive compensation programs, market benchmarking, and pay equity analyses
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and labor cost models
- Analyze compensation, benefits, and workforce-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for compensation metrics, workforce costs, organizational trends, and people indicators
- Support the development, administration, and evaluation of short-term and long-term incentive plans
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level analyses related to compensation, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses for strategic business decisions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and reporting enhancements
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with compensation-related policies, practices, and regulations
- Perform related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, workforce planning, FP&A, HR analytics, or a related analytical function
- Experience supporting compensation programs, labor cost planning, incentive compensation, or workforce analytics preferred
- Mortgage, financial services, banking, or related industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Familiarity with BI tools and financial systems
- Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals
- Experience utilizing HRIS, compensation, and reporting tools such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with HR and business leaders
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ownership, accountability, and sound judgment
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Flexibility to work occasional adjusted schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours
- Ability to work on-site at the assigned office location
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in English
- Smartphone meeting Company security standards and ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator; employment is contingent on this requirement
