About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support departments in default, including Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Property Preservation, and Post-Foreclosure
- Optimize utilization of Black Knight LoanSphere, Tableau, and other workflow systems
- Analyze system configuration and existing business rules
- Gather business-unit requirements and design and help implement workflow changes and automation
- Collaborate with business units, IT business partners, internal departments, and external firms
- Create reports and assist business units with ad hoc data
- Identify system enhancements to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies
- Manage project lists, perform cost-benefit prioritization, and conduct prioritization meetings with business-unit management
- Create and communicate detailed technical requirements to IT partners, non-technical team members, and management
- Develop process flows, job aids, and procedures for foreclosure, bankruptcy, property preservation, and post-foreclosure processes
- Act as a subject matter expert for system troubleshooting and oversight reporting
- Create, manage, and oversee ongoing automation enhancements for default workflow systems
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in technical, quantitative, or analytical discipline is preferred
- 1+ years’ experience in mortgage or default servicing is preferred
- Demonstrated analytical and business communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, respond well to pressure and deadlines, and work well individually and collaboratively
- Strong skills in Excel (charts, formulas, pivots) or other data manipulation software
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL
- Fast learner able to assimilate new ideas and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Tableau is a plus
- Prior work experience with BlackKnight LoanSphere is a plus
- Python programming experience preferred
- Visio and process documentation experience preferred
- All employees must have smartphones meeting Company security standards, with ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator; employment is contingent on this requirement
