About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a liaison between Bankruptcy/Foreclosure firms and business units
- Maintain the designated inbox and field questions, information requests, and escalations
- Oversee Default Network performance, review monthly scorecards, and issue corrective actions
- Review and decide Vendor Scorecard Task rebuttals
- Manage ANC worklist, including bill backs and firm transfers
- Assist with onboarding, expansion, and termination of firms
- Coordinate yearly due diligence documentation with Attorney Risk Management
- Ensure vendor Legal Services Agreements are executed biennially and securely retained
- Coordinate firm-led Foreclosure and Bankruptcy training sessions
- Assist with attorney/vendor-level issues escalated to the department
- Schedule and facilitate meetings to identify and resolve process gaps
- Request or provide system access to YARDI – P260 and PAID reimbursement system
- Follow up on outstanding FreddieMac ADR and FannieMae DRA tasks
- Review FreddieMac RPA monthly exceptions with firms
- Perform related duties assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Legal experience is a plus
- Previous experience with default mortgage servicing is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
- Advanced project management skills
- Flexibility to changing priorities, project scopes, and deadlines
- Highly proficient in MS Office package, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Corporate event planning knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of corporate AR processes
- Smartphone meeting Company security standards and ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator; employment is contingent on this requirement
