About the role

  • Participate in a 12-month rotational leadership-development program (TRAIL) to gain management and leadership skills
  • Perform assigned duties under direction of experienced personnel to gain knowledge for promotion to management
  • Perform business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership for business and process changes
  • Receive training and perform duties in several functions to become familiar with line and staff functions, management viewpoints, company policies, and best practices
  • Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for departmental duties
  • Help champion the Process Improvement discipline and implement steps and tools to complete projects
  • Attend company sponsored training classes and attain certain certifications
  • Work in areas including Financial Planning, Reporting and Analytics; Corporate Accounting & Financial Systems; Production and Finance - Servicing

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from accredited college or university
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Financial systems expertise is a plus
  • Strong skills in Excel and/or Tableau (charts, graphs, pivot tables, formulas, macros etc.)
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Visio a plus
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership
  • Ability to adapt and willingness to learn
  • Entrepreneurial business mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines
