About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain personal loan production at or above minimum loan volume and quality targets
Structure loan application and loan terms
Ensure the loan program and pricing structure meets the goals of the client and the company
Develop own production pipeline and carry out strategic initiatives
Lead management of retail branch production in alignment with corporate targets
Oversee production goals based on recruiting activities
Develop producing Loan Consultants
Provide regular reporting on retail performance within the assigned market
Presentation of Company Funding Value Proposition to potential business sources
Responsible for producing personal loan volume at or above target expectations
Manage the P&L for the branch
Perform related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major coursework in a related discipline
Equivalent job/education experience may be considered
Experience as a Producing Loan Consultant required
Management experience with Producing Loan Consultant’s preferred
Management experience working with Retail Loan Consultants preferred
2+ years’ experience in mortgage (production), including LOS system experience
Local market knowledge including key competitors, high profile recruits and potential business opportunities
Knowledge of mortgage industry, regulatory environment, and financial markets
Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task
Demonstrated leadership, enthusiasm, and ability to recruit and motivate others
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and build strong working relationships with multiple departments.
