About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of both virtual and in-person engagement and experience programs for employees, including flagship and new programs.
  • Manage the planning, scheduling, logistics, communications and evaluation of engagement programs for five core sites at the company, with attention to a virtual experience wherever possible for employees at non-core sites.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of programs and events.
  • Track program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for learning initiatives.
  • Utilize trends and insights to improve employee communications and bring innovative ideas.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment between engagement initiatives, resource planning, and business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
  • Support and advise the DE&I and Newrez NOW leaders with event planning and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in employee engagement, program management, communications, or marketing.
  • Experience in organizational event planning.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and articulate thoughts and ideas.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet and Canva as well as internal engagement platforms related to employee experience including intranet and rewards.
  • Experience managing registrations, tracking attendance and reporting on program outcomes.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to assess the impact of engagement programs and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
