About the role
- Take full ownership of product features from initial requirement to production deployment
- Analyze and detail technical specifications based on business requirements and user needs
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions across web and API platforms
- Create and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated approaches
- Leverage AI tools and methodologies to enhance development and testing processes
- Implement data collection, analysis, and reporting features to support business intelligence
- Collaborate with design, sales, operations, and compliance teams to ensure feature success
- Provide regular progress reports and technical documentation to stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain existing features, identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Stay current with industry best practices in software development, testing, and fintech technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
- 3-5 years of software development experience with full-stack capabilities
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and database technologies
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and manual QA processes
- Basic understanding of product management principles and user experience
- Experience with data analysis and basic AI/ML concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Interest in fintech and understanding of compliance requirements (preferred)
