Develop the project schedule in critical path steps
Inspect and review projects construction in progress
Manage and maintain all project related documentation
Communicate verbally and in writing all project information
Hold and document client and contractor meetings
Work directly with design and construction teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in construction related field preferred; commensurate construction related experience will be considered
5+ years of commercial construction experience in projects $10M+ preferred
Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial construction means, methods and best practices
Ability to schedule projects in “Critical Path” progression
Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word and Microsoft Project
Proficiency in ProCore, Acumatica, Microsoft Project preferred
