About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and source creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch for UK and DACH campaigns
  • Lead negotiations with creators and management on fees, deliverables, usage, and exclusivity
  • Draft, issue, and manage creator contracts, ensuring paperwork is accurate and compliant in both markets
  • Manage campaigns end to end with clients, including creator briefings, content review, feedback, approvals, scheduling, and budget tracking
  • Serve as day-to-day client contact across the UK and DACH in English and German
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies in both markets
  • Track budgets, deliverables, and campaign timelines across multiple live projects
  • Support reporting and wrap-ups by gathering content performance data and preparing results decks
  • Monitor platform trends, creator culture, and advertising regulations in the UK and DACH, including ASA, Medienstaatsvertrag, and ad-labeling requirements
  • Support new business through creator research, costings, and German-market insight

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Business-level fluent English and German, written and spoken; both essential
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media, or talent management
  • Comfortable negotiating and presenting in English and German
  • Negotiation experience covering fees, usage, and deliverables
  • Highly organized and able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and creators
  • Strong interest in social platforms and creator culture in UK and German-speaking markets
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment
  • Experience working across the DACH region preferred
  • Knowledge of German influencer marketing regulations and ad labeling standards preferred
  • Experience with influencer platforms and tools such as CreatorIQ or Tagger preferred
  • Interest or experience in gaming, sport, or entertainment content preferred
