About the role

  • Coordinate the internal service process for assigned middle-market, general business commercial property and casualty clients
  • Prepare and review client communications and deliverables
  • Manage endorsement and certificate of insurance processes
  • Manage outsourcing workflows (certificates, auto ID cards, policy checking, MVRs)
  • Prepare, process and distribute endorsements and invoices
  • Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and perform reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate data and documents in Navigator platform
  • Coordinate and own the renewal process for timely execution
  • Assist in preparation and distribution of client deliverables
  • Manage up to five client customers and partner with Account Managers
  • Report to the Sr. Account Executive - Team Lead
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Prepare and review client communications and deliverables
  • Independently manage endorsement process
  • Manage outsourcing of workflows including certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, policy checking and MVRs
  • Manage certificate of insurance process
  • Prepare, process and distribute endorsements and invoices
  • Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and perform reconciliations
  • Execute consistent and accurate data and information entry and maintenance in Navigator
  • Execute consistent and accurate database and document management processes and workflows
  • Coordinate and own the renewal process for successful, timely execution
  • Assist in preparation and distribution of client deliverables
  • Manage up to five (5) client customers, partnering with Account Managers and providing service with direct and regular client contact
  • CA Property and Casualty Insurance license (required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire)
  • Strong communication skills: writing and presentation preparation
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, solve problems and offer solutions
  • Works well with others and independently
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to learn and adopt and train use of technology systems and software applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy
  • Basic project management skills and systems knowledge
  • Minimum of 2 years of brokerage experience (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment (preferred)
  • Commercial insurance experience (preferred)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (application question)
