💰 $48,200 - $86,000 per year
About the role
- Provide administrative support to the Cyber Risk team, including the cyber placement team, cyber claims, the Newfront account teams and producers
- Prepare pre-renewal decks, quote comparisons, renewal proposals, and carrier follow ups
- Update market summary and account renewal reports and provide marketing advisors with administrative support
- Review applications and supplementals for completion and flag gaps or unclear responses
- Support placement team efforts with limit-adequacy analyses by running benchmarking and ground-up analyses
- Prepare and review client communications and deliverables
- Execute consistent and accurate database and document management processes and workflows
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- Report directly to the Cyber Team Leader
- Hybrid role with option to work from Newfront offices; seasonal/intermittent client travel required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment required
- Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation
- Excellent telephone etiquette for customer service environment
- Intermediate knowledge and use of standard features Microsoft Office
- Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work to solve problems
- Works well with others in a fast paced environment and must also work independently
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to client and team needs
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to learn, adopt, and train use of technology systems and software applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to screen details and identify potential discrepancies
- Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy
- Project maintenance skills
- Requires Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License (required to have or be obtained within 3 months of hire)
- Requires seasonal or intermittent travel to visit clients and prospects
- Preferred: minimum of 1 year of brokerage experience
- Preferred: experience with information-security tools and practices
- Preferred: understanding of casualty insurance and risk management
