About the role

Provide administrative support to the Cyber Risk team, including the cyber placement team, cyber claims, the Newfront account teams and producers
Prepare pre-renewal decks, quote comparisons, renewal proposals, and carrier follow ups
Update market summary and account renewal reports and provide marketing advisors with administrative support
Review applications and supplementals for completion and flag gaps or unclear responses
Support placement team efforts with limit-adequacy analyses by running benchmarking and ground-up analyses
Prepare and review client communications and deliverables
Execute consistent and accurate database and document management processes and workflows
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Report directly to the Cyber Team Leader
Hybrid role with option to work from Newfront offices; seasonal/intermittent client travel required

Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment required
Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation
Excellent telephone etiquette for customer service environment
Intermediate knowledge and use of standard features Microsoft Office
Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work to solve problems
Works well with others in a fast paced environment and must also work independently
Adaptability and flexibility to respond to client and team needs
Strong time management skills
Ability to learn, adopt, and train use of technology systems and software applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to screen details and identify potential discrepancies
Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy
Project maintenance skills
Requires Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License (required to have or be obtained within 3 months of hire)
Requires seasonal or intermittent travel to visit clients and prospects
Preferred: minimum of 1 year of brokerage experience
Preferred: experience with information-security tools and practices
Preferred: understanding of casualty insurance and risk management
