About the role

  • Provide administrative support to the Cyber Risk team, including the cyber placement team, cyber claims, the Newfront account teams and producers
  • Prepare pre-renewal decks, quote comparisons, renewal proposals, and carrier follow ups
  • Update market summary and account renewal reports and provide marketing advisors with administrative support
  • Review applications and supplementals for completion and flag gaps or unclear responses
  • Support placement team efforts with limit-adequacy analyses by running benchmarking and ground-up analyses
  • Prepare and review client communications and deliverables
  • Execute consistent and accurate database and document management processes and workflows
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Report directly to the Cyber Team Leader
  • Hybrid role with option to work from Newfront offices; seasonal/intermittent client travel required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment required
  • Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation
  • Excellent telephone etiquette for customer service environment
  • Intermediate knowledge and use of standard features Microsoft Office
  • Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work to solve problems
  • Works well with others in a fast paced environment and must also work independently
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to client and team needs
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to learn, adopt, and train use of technology systems and software applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to screen details and identify potential discrepancies
  • Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy
  • Project maintenance skills
  • Requires Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License (required to have or be obtained within 3 months of hire)
  • Requires seasonal or intermittent travel to visit clients and prospects
  • Preferred: minimum of 1 year of brokerage experience
  • Preferred: experience with information-security tools and practices
  • Preferred: understanding of casualty insurance and risk management
