  • Conduct Outbound Prospecting: Utilize tools like 6sense and Outreach.io to identify and target existing customers upsell and cross-sell growth potential.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster consultative partnerships for the long term.
  • Identify Sales Opportunities: Analyze customer business needs, vertical, and technical challenges to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Grow Book of Business: Oversee a portfolio of existing customers, uncover new sales opportunities, increase product adoption and revenue contribution to Bluehost.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process for Bluehost services, from prospecting and closing deals to post-sale account management.
  • Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and monthly sales targets.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer problems within our support scope.
  • Exhibit Strong Interpersonal Skills: Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, and demonstrating exceptional communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success growing existing customer relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and consultative solution selling.
  • Skilled at developing trusted partnerships with customers and identifying opportunities to drive long-term value.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, retention goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to uncover customer business needs and align solutions to drive adoption and growth.
  • Experience managing opportunities from prospecting and qualification through close and ongoing account development.
  • Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing activities, and thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Clear, persuasive, and professional in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, 6sense, or similar tools; experience with hosting, WordPress, domains, SaaS, or digital solutions is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for delivering solutions that help customers succeed.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through technology and online solutions.
