Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consultative support to all potential customers via chat with a focus on conversion (service in Spanish);
Qualify leads using sales techniques;
Identify customer pain points and deliver solutions tailored to their needs;
Ensure customer satisfaction during the purchase of a product or service;
Populate our platform and keep the sales operation organized.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with inbound sales and high-volume chat-based selling
Excellent communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing — you will be tested!
Negotiation skills, resilience, and strong problem-solving ability;
Comfortable and agile working with multiple tools (we use Zendesk and WhatsApp simultaneously);
Motivated by challenges and targets.
Nice to have: prior experience with SaaS and/or technology companies.
