Own cross-sell revenue view; analyze attachment rates, adoption drivers, and renewal performance and translate insights into levers to increase revenue
Own KPIs across adoption, retention, churn reduction, cross-sell revenue, NPS, and lifetime value
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing
5+ years in leadership roles
Track record of driving measurable impact on adoption, retention, and revenue growth
Experience using 1st- and 3rd-party data to build robust segmentation frameworks
Strong grasp of pricing and packaging strategy, with ability to balance growth and ROI
Exceptional leadership and cross-functional influence skills
