About the role
- Own and manage Adobe Tag Manager (Launch) for accurate data collection and tracking
- Design and maintain tagging strategies that scale across multiple properties and platforms
- Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure proper tagging across web properties
- Perform rigorous QA for standard marketing pixels (Facebook, Floodlights), custom pixels (e.g., podcasts, IoT ads), and server-side pixels
- Troubleshoot and QA tag deployments and data layer configurations
- Support content authors and developers in managing and optimizing AEM components
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics using Adobe Analytics and other tools
- Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing technology or web analytics
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Launch, Target, Analytics)
- Strong understanding of tag management systems and data layers
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with experience in data visualization and reporting
- Excellent communication and project management skills
