About the role

  • Develop and execute a compensation strategy aligned with company goals
  • Oversee job architecture and salary structure design
  • Lead annual compensation cycle, ensuring fairness and equity
  • Prepare competitive assessments
  • Provide guidance on offers, promotions, and out of cycle salary adjustments
  • Design sales and other incentive and recognition/reward programs that reinforce culture and business objectives
  • Develop cost modeling and budgets
  • Build and maintain reward dashboards, KPIs, and insights to guide decisions
  • Design and manage health, welfare, retirement, well-being, and time off programs
  • Lead benefit renewals, plan and vendor reviews, vendor negotiations and RFPs
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and assess program competitiveness against benchmarks
  • Track plan performance, cost trends and employee experience indicators
  • Create communications that promote the value of total rewards
  • Provide coaching and support to HR and managers on compensation practices and rewards philosophy
  • Lead benefits enrollment communications, prepare training and communications regarding the annual compensation review process
  • Oversee compensation and benefits functionality within Workday, promoting automation, process efficiency, and data integrity
  • Participate in M&A due diligence and divesture/integration activities related to compensation and benefits
  • Keep current on relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits. Ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards with at least 5 years in a management role
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing compensation, benefits, and reward/recognition programs for a multi-national organization
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading a team and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designations are highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
