About the role
- Own the Conversion Experience
- Lead the strategy and execution of all web and cart experiences to drive new customer acquisition, MRR/AOV, and upsell
- Oversee site structure, merchandising, and pricing presentation for clarity, relevance, and conversion
- Continuously improve performance through experimentation, A/B and multivariate testing, and data-driven UX decisions
- Optimize the checkout funnel — from product selection, inclusions, add-ons, and configuration to payment and confirmation
- Reduce friction, drop-off, and abandonment through UX design, smart defaults, trust signals, and real-time validation
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing Operations and Analytics to ensure smooth transactions and accurate data tracking
- Establish a conversion intelligence framework that connects behavioral analytics, UX research, and business KPIs
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital experience, growth, or conversion optimization roles; 5+ years in leadership
- Proven success driving measurable conversion gains at scale (ideally in eCommerce, SaaS, or Hosting)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, analytics, and experimentation tools (GA4, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with design, engineering, and marketing
- Analytical and creative — fluent in data yet passionate about great design
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks, and expertise in funnel metrics, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping.
