About the role
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives through coaching, training, and performance management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using data-driven prospecting, industry events, marketing initiatives, and your network
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Partner with Marketing to create and refine sales enablement and customer-facing content
- Collaborate with executive leadership on performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Experienced sales leader (Director level preferred) with 5+ years of proven success
- Demonstrated experience selling to digital/web design agencies; hosting experience a plus
- Skilled in building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams
- Cross-functional collaborator, partnering effectively with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Operationally rigorous, comfortable managing pipelines, forecasting, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment
