About the role
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketers and Lifecycle Marketers
- Partner with Analytics to refine customer segmentation using 1st- and 3rd-party data
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and eComm teams to test and refine offer strategies
- Define positioning, value proposition, messaging frameworks, and more for go-to-market strategy
- Oversee omni-channel lifecycle journeys to deepen customer relationships and feature utilization
- Partner closely with Acquisition, eCommerce/Web, Analytics, and Product Management to ensure collective output delivers measurable impact
- Own a holistic view of cross-sell revenue and its contribution to long-term business growth
- Own KPIs across adoption, retention, churn reduction, cross-sell revenue, NPS, and lifetime value
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing with 5+ in leadership roles
- Track record of driving measurable impact on adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Experience using 1st- and 3rd-party data to build robust segmentation frameworks
- Strong grasp of pricing and packaging strategy, with the ability to balance growth and ROI
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional influence skills.
