Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering leadership in a services or consulting environment.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Strong foundational experience running the business side of engineering; capacity planning, utilization metrics, staffing pipelines and skills-to-project matching.
Practical, hands-on experience with how AI-augmented development tools alter how teams code, ramp and deliver solutions.
Experience navigating regulated environments and complex healthcare data models.
