About the role
- Serve as the technical authority across patient and clinician product surfaces
- Anticipate technical issues at the product level
- Own and maintain expertise on large sections of the codebase (.NET, React)
- Create and ship improvements in stability, performance, and scalability
- Design, implement, and maintain processes and reviews for architectural decisions
- Manage stakeholders across product, clinical, and engineering teams
- Make difficult technical calls on approach
- Write business cases for significant technical investments
- Facilitate cross-pod collaboration on initiatives
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in .NET (backend), React (web front-end)
- comprehensive understanding of modern full-stack architecture
- proficient with multiple modern stacks including node frameworks
- proven track record of architecting, implementing, and shipping large-scale systems
- strong stakeholder management skills
- 2 years as technical lead is required
- experience working on healthcare products and with healthcare data is a must
- ability to work across time zones and cultures
