About the role

- Recruits, hires, develops, inspires, and retains top talent
- Creates a store environment that is focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Best Guest communication, and Grass Roots Marketing
- Ensure clear, effective, team communication that creates understanding and alignment
- Analyze the business, create clear action plans that ensure effective execution of all operational activities
- Consistently achieve or exceed all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School completion or equivalent GED
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role (3+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Solution oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
