About the role

  • Support the execution and day-to-day management of owned-channel retail marketing for the Home Fragrance division.
  • Ensure digital marketing assets are accurately briefed, trafficked, updated, and delivered on time.
  • Monitor promotional changes and business updates, proactively identifying impacts.
  • Coordinate planning, briefing, and execution of digital marketing assets, print marketing, and in-store marketing.
  • Maintain clean, accurate trackers, systems, and documentation to support efficient execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or marketing execution roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing execution and creative asset workflows.
  • Experience supporting in-store signage, store displays, or POS materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and follow-through.
