About the role

  • Responsible for the establishment, implementation, and enablement of Coleman's retail standards system
  • Establish and improve the retail operations standards system (Store Operations Manual, Visual Standards, Service Standards, Store Opening Standards, Distributor Operations White Paper, etc.)
  • Drive the nationwide implementation of standards to enable distributors and stores
  • Support the opening of new distributor stores
  • DTC stores management and upgrading
  • Regularly evaluate the operational level of distributors and stores, proposing improvement plans
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to enhance store operational capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in retail operations or retail standards development
  • Experience in standard setting and training
  • Strong project management and driving skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and copywriting skills
  • Fluency in written English is preferred
  • Strong systemic thinking, with a focus on standards and details
  • Strong awareness of training and enablement
  • Able to adapt to cross-regional collaboration and business travel
