About the role
- Responsible for the establishment, implementation, and enablement of Coleman's retail standards system
- Establish and improve the retail operations standards system (Store Operations Manual, Visual Standards, Service Standards, Store Opening Standards, Distributor Operations White Paper, etc.)
- Drive the nationwide implementation of standards to enable distributors and stores
- Support the opening of new distributor stores
- DTC stores management and upgrading
- Regularly evaluate the operational level of distributors and stores, proposing improvement plans
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to enhance store operational capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of extensive experience in retail operations or retail standards development
- Experience in standard setting and training
- Strong project management and driving skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and copywriting skills
- Fluency in written English is preferred
- Strong systemic thinking, with a focus on standards and details
- Strong awareness of training and enablement
- Able to adapt to cross-regional collaboration and business travel
