About the role

  • Responsible for developing and improving systems and processes
  • Provide support to ERA teams in process development and automation
  • Define process steps and analyze machine feasibility
  • Monitor and keep project documentation up to date
  • Develop projects for the design and fabrication of machines and processes
  • Evaluate and optimize industrial processes
  • Support supplier development and qualification

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering
  • Previous experience in the field
  • Experience with manufacturing, assembly, and automation processes
  • Experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks®) and 2D CAD (AutoCAD®) is desirable
  • Willingness to travel
  • English proficiency is a plus
