About the role
- This position is responsible for driving Sales growth and building strong relationship with major retailers in the modern trade sector; such as Hyper market, Supermarket and Convenience store.
- Develop and implement sales Strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure effective promotional activities.
- Train and motivate sales teams: Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives.
- Analyze sales performance: Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the sales budget: Ensure all sales activities are within the allocated budget.
- Negotiate contracts and terms: Secure favorable terms with key retail partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Modern trade channel
- Experience in FMCG industry / Stationary Category is a must.
- Strong selling skills combine with excellent negotiation skills.
- Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications).
