About the role

  • This position is responsible for driving Sales growth and building strong relationship with major retailers in the modern trade sector; such as Hyper market, Supermarket and Convenience store.
  • Develop and implement sales Strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure effective promotional activities.
  • Train and motivate sales teams: Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives.
  • Analyze sales performance: Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the sales budget: Ensure all sales activities are within the allocated budget.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms: Secure favorable terms with key retail partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Modern trade channel
  • Experience in FMCG industry / Stationary Category is a must.
  • Strong selling skills combine with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications).
