About the role

  • Lead the design development of projects from concept through execution
  • Generate and refine product concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, rendering, and physical prototyping
  • Translate consumer insights, market trends, and brand strategy into differentiated product design solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Insights to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and design integrity

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate or consulting Industrial Design
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team environments
  • Strong 2D design skills including essential sketching and Gen AI exploration
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWORKS, Rhino, Keyshot
  • Ability to travel at least once per quarter
