About the role

  • Support AI-driven initiatives and help identify areas where AI can enhance graphic design processes.
  • Research and recommend AI tools to integrate into graphic design workflows.
  • Lead development of AI training courses pertaining to graphic design.
  • Develop RAG bots that enable custom graphic design solutions or input for solutions.
  • Collaborate with peers to share best design practices across the organization.
  • Execute the visual articulation (style and tone) of brand strategy through best-in-class design solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in graphic design, art, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a creative/graphic design position, and/or executing digital commercial assets for email, websites, and social media.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Firefly, XD, and Experience Manager, and Workfront.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic principles of UX/UI.
