  • Support the Store Manager in executing roles and responsibilities to deliver an exceptional employee and guest experience
  • Assist in building a high-performing team that represents Newell Brand Values
  • Support recruitment, hiring, development, inspiration, and retention of top talent
  • Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing development of team members

Requirements

  • High School completion or equivalent GED
  • Proven experience in a retail management role (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solution-oriented
  • Must be able to work in fragrance-filled environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
