About the role

  • Serve as a segment expert and strategic liaison between the brand and customer teams
  • Act as the unified voice of the segment/brand to customer teams and vice versa
  • Develop and execute Annual Category Management Plans and selling stories
  • Create and implement channel- and customer-specific strategies
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives including pricing, new product launches, and promotions
  • Partner with Finance for investment decisions and Sales Strategies
  • Translate brand innovation into customer growth strategies
  • Oversee Commercialization Plans and implementation
  • Lead Supply Chain forecasting and optimization for assigned categories
  • Analyze market and category data to identify growth opportunities
  • Represent top retailer dynamics and provide strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with Category Development to craft compelling national selling stories

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years in category management, brand strategy, or customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
