About the role
- Support the Store Manager in executing roles and responsibilities to deliver an exceptional employee and guest experience
- Assist in building a high-performing team that represents Newell Brand Values
- Contribute to creating a store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program, KPIs, Best Guest communication
- Maintain store appearance by implementing company visual standards
- Assist in analyzing the business, creating clear action plans for operational activities
- Ensure clear, effective team communication
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Solution-oriented
- Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
