Direct account management responsibility for assigned accounts
Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts
Day to day management of the promotional calendar: evaluation and course correction, leading the process for managing trade spends and pricing in conjunction with the management of the promotional calendar
Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy
Build customer relationships at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas including Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, doing the same across internal Newell functions to enhance information sharing and decision making
Ensure proper reporting of sales activity is performed
Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers
Occasional visits to supermarkets/hypermarkets in the area
Create a positive and successful team environment
Requirements
Minimum: University degree
Proven experience in sales in similar positions/industry ( Understanding of negotiation techniques, experience with forecasting)
Full Turkish Driver’s License
Fluent Turkish and communicative English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to work in autonomy and as a collaborative team-player
Proactivity and high energy
Good influencing and persuasive ability
Ability to thrive in a frequently changing environment, managing high levels of pressure
