About the role

  • Direct account management responsibility for assigned accounts
  • Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts
  • Day to day management of the promotional calendar: evaluation and course correction, leading the process for managing trade spends and pricing in conjunction with the management of the promotional calendar
  • Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy
  • Build customer relationships at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas including Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, doing the same across internal Newell functions to enhance information sharing and decision making
  • Ensure proper reporting of sales activity is performed
  • Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers
  • Occasional visits to supermarkets/hypermarkets in the area
  • Create a positive and successful team environment

Requirements

  • Minimum: University degree
  • Proven experience in sales in similar positions/industry ( Understanding of negotiation techniques, experience with forecasting)
  • Full Turkish Driver’s License
  • Fluent Turkish and communicative English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in autonomy and as a collaborative team-player
  • Proactivity and high energy
  • Good influencing and persuasive ability
  • Ability to thrive in a frequently changing environment, managing high levels of pressure
