About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outbound calls to clarify or request customer documentation.
- Guide customers through submission and verification procedures with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues.
- Provide feedback on recurring challenges and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (native or near-native level).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments or documentation processes is a plus.
- Commercial insights and ability to convince customers and key stakeholders about the necessity of keeping documentation up to date.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and various software applications.
- Experience with compliance or documentation processes is a plus.
Benefits
Comp & perks- Base salary: €1600 gross per month (based on a 39-hour contract)
