About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound telephone queries
- Guide customers through the process of opening or closing their accounts
- Handle complaints with care
- Work in a fast paced environment following a clear daily schedule
- Measure performance on a variety of compliance and quality metrics
- Begin training with a combination of classroom and on the job learning for around 4 weeks
- Work a fixed shift rotation covering Monday to Friday and weekends
Requirements
- Some experience in a customer focused environment
- Ability to learn, navigate and use multiple systems and programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine motivation to deliver high quality customer service
- Confident communicator (over the phone, via email or letter)
- Great attention to detail
