About the role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound telephone queries
  • Guide customers through the process of opening or closing their accounts
  • Handle complaints with care
  • Work in a fast paced environment following a clear daily schedule
  • Measure performance on a variety of compliance and quality metrics
  • Begin training with a combination of classroom and on the job learning for around 4 weeks
  • Work a fixed shift rotation covering Monday to Friday and weekends

Requirements

  • Some experience in a customer focused environment
  • Ability to learn, navigate and use multiple systems and programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine motivation to deliver high quality customer service
  • Confident communicator (over the phone, via email or letter)
  • Great attention to detail
