About the role
- Sit within Finance Operations & Control team, reporting to Payroll Manager
- Support accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefit payments
- Manage payroll records and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
- Identify and implement efficiencies through KPI analysis and system/process reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in running end to end payroll
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, regulation, tax compliance and absence
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to calculate and analyse data
- Proficient communicator (phone, face to face, writing)
- Relationship building and influencing skills
- Organised approach and ability to prioritize requests
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
