Strategic Account Executive – OEM

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with key global accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth, aligning with company objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams—sales, marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs and expectations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track and report on account performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and proactively addressing any issues.
- Act as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a global setting.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives to completion.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients globally, up to 25%.
