Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of New Zealand brands predominantly in the Consumer Goods sector
Support businesses’ growth strategies across a variety of verticals, including Food and Beverage
Work closely with your portfolio of customers to understand their businesses
Assist customers as they navigate challenges and opportunities while shaping their international growth strategies
Build a work programme to help customers achieve their goals
Be a trusted and empathetic communicator, coach, and problem solver

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of the New Zealand export business ecosystem
Deep knowledge of the Consumer Goods industry
Ability to provide practical, actionable business advice
Self-starter who embraces change
Experience with CRM systems, marketing, go-to-market strategy, and business models
Technologically savvy with curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build rapport, influence others, and develop trusted relationships
