Key responsibilities & impact

Lead NZTE’s planning and delivery of high-quality international missions
Deliver world-class mission experiences across the NZTE global network
Contribute to strategy and direction as part of the International Leadership Team
Shape priorities and align delivery with stakeholders in New Zealand and offshore
Support inbound missions as needed alongside outbound missions
Pivot quickly and adapt delivery approaches while maintaining confidence and quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior leadership experience in complex commercial, business, government, or cross-sector environments
Proven ability to develop and deliver both strategy and operational plans
Comfortable leading through ambiguity and managing competing priorities
Strong people leader who inspires, coaches, and enables others
Strong stakeholder leadership skills, building trust and influencing senior people across New Zealand and internationally
Operational excellence with sharp delivery focus and strong attention to detail
