Key responsibilities & impact

Lead quality engineering across digital delivery squads
Set and evolve end-to-end testing strategy and automation roadmap
Embed quality from early discovery through to release
Partner with Test Engineer, Full Stack Developers, and analytics teams
Design and scale automated testing, strengthen test environment stability
Define and communicate clear quality measures and dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong test automation expertise within Playwright or Cypress
Experience in embedding automated testing into CI/CD
Sound engineering judgement
Systems/testing architecture mindset
Experience with risk-based and security-focused testing
Clear communication skills
Ability to build trust across engineering, product, delivery, and analytics
