About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a conduit of information and strategy between A&S leadership, University offices, and the development team
- Maintain a current, deep knowledge of the strategic goals and funding priorities of A&S
- Work closely with School leadership and faculty to identify interdisciplinary and multi-layer opportunities
- Provide strategic leadership for the development of engagement opportunities for donor cultivation, engagement, and stewardship
- Manage a robust dataset of A&S projects, donor prospects, timelines, giving projections, and strategies for the Arts & Science campaign
- Supervise development team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of professional level experience in development, alumni relations, special events, public affairs, relationship management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Strong client relations skills
- Strong event management skills
- Computer proficiency including database management and spreadsheets
