About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a conduit of information and strategy between A&S leadership, University offices, and the development team
Maintain a current, deep knowledge of the strategic goals and funding priorities of A&S
Work closely with School leadership and faculty to identify interdisciplinary and multi-layer opportunities
Provide strategic leadership for the development of engagement opportunities for donor cultivation, engagement, and stewardship
Manage a robust dataset of A&S projects, donor prospects, timelines, giving projections, and strategies for the Arts & Science campaign
Supervise development team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of professional level experience in development, alumni relations, special events, public affairs, relationship management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and project management skills
Strong client relations skills
Strong event management skills
Computer proficiency including database management and spreadsheets
